Tom Brady, Rex Ryan make light of poor 1st pitch at Red Sox game
Already considered one of the greatest athletes in Boston's illustrious sporting history, Tom Brady had nothing to lose when he threw out the first pitch at the Boston Red Sox's home opener Monday.
Brady is certainly better suited on the football field, as his attempt sputtered in the dirt, where David Ortiz gracefully received the ball. The Patriots' quarterback was met with cheers anyways.
The reigning Super Bowl MVP poked fun at himself and his poor attempt Wednesday.
Going to stick to catcher and leave the throwing to the football field...

Coming off the fourth Super Bowl championship of his career, Brady will surely be forgiven, and the memory of his first pitch will be long forgotten by fall.
But oh no, Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan won't let the memory fade, poking fun at Brady in his unique style.
"I think there's an obvious thing that we should talk about first," Ryan told reporters Wednesday while smiling. "My pitch actually made it to the plate. It was a little wide, but I understand somebody bounced it -- I'm not sure who it was -- but Tom needs to keep his elbow up a little bit more, I think."
Ryan continued offering suggestions to the four-time Super Bowl champ.
"I would have said, 'Hey, Tom. Let's take one practice toss out there on that mound, maybe,'" Ryan said. "But Tom likes taking advice from me, I know. I'm sure he'll be working with that."
