Texas Rangers slugger Prince Fielder crushed a baseball to deep right field Thursday against the Houston Astros, but one Rangers fan wasn't paying attention and she paid the ultimate price: Her phone was completely destroyed by the home run ball.
"I heard all the screams and everyone getting up and I looked up and I saw the ball coming up for me so I instinctively put my hands up and this is what happened," she said.
Costly mistake. She did, however, get a gift bag and an autographed Rangers ball for her misfortune, so no harm done.
Except, you know, to her phone.
