Josiah St. John has ended his holdout by agreeing to a three-year contract with the Saskatchewan Roughriders, according to multiple reports.
The Roughriders made St. John, an offensive lineman from Oklahoma, the No. 1 overall pick of the 2016 CFL Draft in May, but then engaged in a contract dispute with the 300-pounder over salary terms.
St. John reportedly requested a trade from Saskatchewan at the beginning of June, but it obviously went unfulfilled.
