Baltimore Ravens tight end Isaiah Likely will have surgery this week to repair a broken bone in his foot, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

Likely is believed to be out six weeks, though he could return sooner, Rapoport adds. The tight end could be ready for Week 1.

Likely sustained the injury during a one-on-one rep against defensive back Sanoussi Kane on Tuesday, according to The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec.

He posted career highs with 42 catches, 477 yards, and six touchdowns in 2024. He added another seven receptions, 126 yards, and a score in two playoff contests for Baltimore.

The 25-year-old has formed one of the league's more productive tight end tandems alongside veteran Mark Andrews. Likely is entering the final year of his rookie contract.
