Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins has dominated several defensive backs since entering the NFL, but Kansas City Chiefs safety Justin Reid doesn't think Higgins will do much in their matchup on Sunday.

"He's a very talented receiver, more of a finesse type of guy, not the best blocker," Reid said Wednesday, per PJ Green of FOX4 News. "I'm gonna lock him down."

Higgins has put on a show since the Bengals drafted him in the second round in 2020. The Clemson product, who caught 141 passes for 1,999 yards and 12 touchdowns over his first two NFL seasons, has racked up 826 yards and four touchdowns on 57 receptions in 11 games this year.

He also put up 103 yards on six catches in the AFC title game versus the Chiefs in January, helping Cincy edge Kansas City to advance to the Super Bowl.

Reid joined Kansas City in March on a three-year deal. The 25-year-old has amassed 52 tackles and two pass breakups in 2022.

"Some of the missed tackles, explosive plays," Reid said Wednesday when asked what he would've done differently versus the Bengals if he was on the Chiefs last season.

"A lot of it is going to come down to making the play on the ball."

The Bengals, owners of one of the NFL's deepest receiving corps, are also reportedly expected to welcome back star wideout Ja'Marr Chase, who's missed the last four games due to a hip injury.
