The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed Mark Arcobello to a one-year contract.
Sportsnet's Chris Johnston reports the value of the deal at $1.1 million.
Arcobello continues to make the rounds in the NHL, having already played for four franchises in his short career.
The 26-year-old split 77 games last season between the Edmonton Oilers, Nashville Predators, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Arizona Coyotes, potting 17 goals while adding 14 assists with two game-winning goals to his credit.
He earned a meager $600,000 last season and will join a rebuilding Maple Leafs team that traded Phil Kessel, signed forward P.A. Parenteau and defenseman Matt Hunwick, and re-signed forward Richard Panik on Wednesday.
