Semyon Varlamov's groin is on the fritz once again.
The Colorado Avalanche goaltender - one of the NHL's most recent Three Stars - is listed as day-to-day with a groin issue that caused him to leave the club last game late in the third period.
As a result, Calvin Pickard will get the nod in net for Tuesday's game against Los Angeles.
A seemingly nagging groin injury has limited Varlamov to 46 games this season, in which he has posted a record of 22-17-17 with a 2.56 GAA and .921 save percentage.
