Just when the Denver Broncos appeared to have forced another punt, Talib went after Corey Brown. It resulted in a 15-yard penalty and an automatic first down for the Carolina Panthers.

Denver's defense would hold on to force another punt, however, effectively bailing out the veteran cornerback.
