Bills' LeSean McCoy on party controversy: 'For the record there was no big orgy or anything'
Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy tried to clear the air Friday about a controversial party he advertised that included several bizarre stipulations for its guests.
The party came to light after the Bills demanded McCoy remove their logo from flyers promoting the event. Among the most controversial details were that only females were permitted to attend, all attendees had to sign a nondisclosure agreement, and McCoy would provide the attire for everyone attending.
"For the record there was no big orgy or anything," McCoy told reporters at Bills training camp.
McCoy said he never should have posted the invitation publicly and that it was taken out of context. He said the party was canceled after the story blew up.
Asked why he insists guests sign a nondisclosure agreement, McCoy said he'd answered enough questions.
Earlier in the day, Bills head coach Rex Ryan joked about not being invited to the party but added he was hopeful of receiving an invitation next year.
