- With Josh Gordon's suspension confirmed, Jordan Cameron has received a lot of hype heading into the regular season. Cameron will be the focal point of the Browns' passing attack, which will mean more targets, but also more attention from defenses. The Browns should be able to run the ball more effectively this year, which could lead to more red zone targets for Cameron. Don't be scared to make him the fourth tight end taken in your draft, he will not disappoint.
- I miss the days when you could get Kyle Rudolph in the eighth round. Those were better times. In drafts this week, you will need to use a sixth round pick to acquire Rudolph's services for the season. He might be worth it, but I would rather take my chances on a late round flier at that point.
- Zach Ertz and Ladarius Green are both extremely talented and both have the potential to explode for high-end TE1 kind of seasons. The problem remains the consistency of their targets. I think Ertz can overcome that by scoring more touchdowns, while Antonio Gates will still vulture red zone looks from Green.
- Tim Wright has become my new fallback plan at the position. If I miss out on all of the usual suspects, the newest member of the Patriots offense holds the kind of upside that fantasy owners need to be looking for late in the draft. When in doubt, trust Bill Belichick to get the most out of a talented tight end.
