The San Francisco 49ers kicked off the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft by selecting Ole Miss wide receiver De'Zhaun Stribling with the No. 33 pick.
The 49ers traded out of the first round Thursday and reportedly received offers for the 33rd overall selection Friday.
The wide receiver position was a need for San Francisco this offseason. The Niners, who have yet to re-sign Jauan Jennings, also signed Mike Evans and Christian Kirk.
Stribling transferred to Ole Miss in 2025 and finished the season with 811 yards and six touchdowns on 55 receptions. The 6-foot-2, 207-pounder ran a 4.36 40-yard dash and stands out for his physicality as a run-blocker.
