Arizona Cardinals receiver DeAndre Hopkins will miss his third straight game Sunday due to a hamstring injury, head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Friday, according to team reporter Darren Urban.

Kingsbury added that he expects Hopkins to return following the team's Week 12 bye.

Meanwhile, Kyler Murray will be a game-time decision for Sunday's contest against the Seattle Seahawks due to an ankle injury. Kingsbury stressed that Murray must be able to protect himself from re-injuring his ankle in order to play, per Urban.

Murray and Hopkins have both missed the team's last two games. The Cardinals split the two-game stretch without their stars, beating the San Francisco 49ers in Week 9 before falling to the Carolina Panthers last Sunday.

Hopkins had been a model of durability prior to the 2021 season. The 29-year-old only missed two games from 2013-20.

Arizona is leading the NFC West with an 8-2 record.
