Lynch, a proud Oakland native, was overjoyed upon donning a Raiders helmet Wednesday.
The running back retired during Super Bowl 50 and missed the entire 2016 season as a result. Lynch rushed for 417 yards on 111 attempts during the 2015 season as a member of the Seattle Seahawks.
Lynch will now fight for carries with Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington established in the backfield.
