The Raiders will receive Lynch and the Seahawks' 2018 sixth-round draft choice in exchange for their fifth-round selection in 2018.
Lynch, 31, last played in the NFL in 2015. He's expected to serve as the Raiders' early-down hammer, with young tailbacks Jalen Richard and DeAndre Washington handling passing-down work.
