Bryce Harper hasn't decided where he's going to play next season, but one thing is certain: he's going to get paid.

Multiple teams, including the Philadelphia Phillies, have offered the free-agent outfielder more than $300 million, according to MLB Network's Jon Heyman.

The Phillies believe they have the highest bid for the 2015 National League Most Valuable Player, but their confidence wavered with the recent emergence of the Los Angeles Dodgers in the sweepstakes, Heyman adds.

Some Phillies officials have grown concerned Harper will sign with the Dodgers if Los Angeles makes an offer similar to the one on the table from Philadelphia, reports MLB Network's Jon Morosi.

Los Angeles, which Heyman calls a "desired Harper spot," is apparently only interested in a short-term deal with the free-agent slugger, according to ESPN. Harper is looking for a long-term agreement and has given no indication he's willing to change that demand, sources told ESPN's Jeff Passan.

After recent meetings with both the Phillies and Dodgers, Harper is expected to make his decision by the end of this week, two team executives told Bob Nightengale of USA TODAY Sports.

The San Francisco Giants, San Diego Padres, Chicago White Sox, and Washington Nationals are among the teams that have been linked to Harper this offseason, though his former club has apparently moved on.
