Sacramento Kings power forward Zach Randolph will not face jail time after pleading no contest to resisting arrest - while prosecutors agreed to drop his second misdemeanor for possession of more than one ounce of marijuana - according to TMZ Sports.

The 36-year-old was initially charged for felony possession of marijuana with intent to sell following his arrest in Los Angeles on Aug. 9. Charges were later reduced to the two misdemeanors - possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and resisting arrest.

Randolph was reportedly sentenced to 150 hours of community service as part of a diversion program. Should the 6-foot-9 big man complete the hours and stay out of trouble for 12 months, the resisting arrest charge will also be removed from his record.

Randolph is due back in court in December for a progress report.
