J.J. Watt's pain tolerance is apparently superhuman.

Watt hinted at the severity of a finger injury suffered during the Houston Texans' 29-7 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday, downplaying the notion that he was seriously hurt.

"I felt fine," Watt said via Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle. "I messed up my finger a little bit, but other than that my body felt fine. Just busted the bone through the skin. Nothing bad, just tape it up."

Watt continued playing through the injury, recording one tackle.

The three-time Defensive Player of the Year labeled his own performance "terrible" after the Texans failed to quell Blake Bortles and Co. on Sunday.

Watt's performance was likely impacted by his injury but it seems he won't be having any of it, as the Texans look to recuperate in Week 2.
