Gael Clichy has played his last match for Manchester City after the left-back confirmed his exit at a Q&A session Tuesday.

The 31-year-old moved to the northwest from Arsenal in 2011, and collected two league titles and two League Cups before the expiration of his contract this June.

"It's hard. I'm not sure whether or not Joe (Hart) will be here next season, and I won't be here next season," Clichy said when asked if he would play with City's loaned-out goalkeeper again, according to Reuters.

Hart has been on a temporary spell at Torino for the vast majority of the 2016-17 campaign after manager Pep Guardiola decided he wanted a shot-stopper who was more proficient with the ball at his feet. Along with Clichy, terrace icon Pablo Zabaleta is confirmed to be leaving the club, and other out-of-contract stars include Yaya Toure, Jesus Navas, Bacary Sagna, and Willy Caballero.
