At six-foot-three and 242 lbs, Alabama's Derrick Henry isn't built like many college football players, not to mention college students.

The junior running back, who sits second in the SEC with 1044 rushing yards and 14 touchdowns posted this video from the Alabama weight room Tuesday night.

Yes that appears to be over 500 pounds, and doesn't look to be too troubling for the projected first-round pick.
