Three former NC State QBs to start in NFL this week

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Greg Schiano's decision to start rookie quarterback Mike Glennon on Sunday means that NC State will have three quarterbacks playing pro ball - more than any other school.

Glennon joins Chargers pivot Philip Rivers and Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson as Wolfpack alumni trusted with running NFL offenses. Wilson played three seasons with NC State before transferring to Wisconsin for his senior year.

Michigan (Tom Brady and Chad Henne) and Florida State (EJ Manuel and Christian Ponder) are next with two starting quarterbacks apiece.
