The sophomore averaged 8.7 points while shooting 36.4% from 3-point range in 31 games off the bench this season.
Harris burst onto the scene for Memphis during the 2018-19 campaign, setting a program record for 3-pointers made by a freshman with 79. However, the additions of guards Lester Quinones and Boogie Ellis contributed to a decrease in Harris' playing time in his second season under Penny Hardaway.
Memphis finished this season with a 21-10 record, including a 10-8 mark in AAC play.
