VIDEO: DeRozan embraces Lowry following game-winner vs. Cavaliers

The brotherly bond between the Toronto Raptors' All-Star backcourt of DeMar DeRozan and Kyle Lowry has been well documented throughout the course of the season.

As should be the case with all brothers, when one falls, the other needs to pick him back up. With DeRozan battling flu-like symptoms Friday night against the Cleveland Cavaliers, it was Lowry taking his game to legendary levels to lift the Raptors to an impressive 99-97 win over the Cavaliers.

Following Lowry's game-winning jumper over Matthew Dellavedova, DeRozan made sure to show his teammate plenty of love.
