Kyle Lowry Over Every. Single. Thing.

The Toronto Raptors' All-Star point guard put forth a performance that will go down in team lore Friday night, scoring a career-high 43 points to lead his team to a thrilling comeback win over the Cleveland Cavaliers. None were bigger than the two he recorded on this 23-foot step-back jumper over Matthew Dellavedova, breaking a 97-97 tie with four seconds left in regulation.

The Raptors trailed by as many as 14 points in the second half, and were down nine with less than five minutes to play. Lowry scored nine of his 43 from that point on, adding two assists and two rebounds for good measure. On a night in which backcourt mate and fellow All-Star DeMar DeRozan struggled through flu-like symptoms and never found his game, Lowry did everything humanly possible to will the Raptors to a signature victory.

DeRozan was duly grateful.

With the win, the Raptors not only moved to within two games of the Cavs for the Eastern Conference lead, they also clinched the season series, setting up a potentially intriguing race to the finish line for the No. 1 seed, with 25 games remaining.
