Pacers' C.J. Miles left game vs. Heat with sore groin
Jason Getz / USA Today Sports
The Indiana Pacers have had a hell of a time trying to field a backcourt this season, as a seemingly unending barrage of injuries have decimated their guard corps.
The Pacers finally got guard George Hill back Friday from an 11-game absence due to a groin injury, so naturally, someone else had to bow out.
That someone was shooting guard C.J. Miles, who had to leave Friday's game against the Miami Heat with a groin injury of his own, and did not return.
Miles, who's been coming on strong lately after a slow start to the season, had eight points in seven minutes before being forced from the game.
