Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo will be re-evaluated Thursday after suffering an eye injury in the fourth quarter against the Detroit Pistons on Wednesday night, Bucks coach Joe Prunty told reporters after the game.
With about 10 minutes remaining, Antetokounmpo got whacked in the face by Pistons swingman Stanley Johnson while going up for a rebound. He went to the locker room and did not return.
The Bucks, who got smoked by the Pistons for their third straight loss, play the Indiana Pacers at home on Friday night.
