Lakers select Josh Hart with No. 30 pick after trade with Jazz

The Los Angeles Lakers have selected shooting guard Josh Hart with the 30th pick in the 2017 NBA Draft.
The pick was acquired from the Utah Jazz earlier in the night.
Hart leaves Villanova as one of the most decorated players in school history, having helped lead the Wildcats to the 2016 NCAA championship. How his game translates to the pros starts with his defense, where his high motor, toughness, and basketball IQ help make up for a lack of elite-level athleticism.
Offensively, Hart improved as a shooter each year in college, hitting over 40 percent of his shots from deep as a senior. His ceiling is likely as a reliable 3-and-D wing, and he's also a strong rebounder for his position.
