Pete Carroll praises Steph Curry's much-maligned shoes

Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll is a fan of Stephen Curry's Curry 2 Lows, also known as the most mocked shoe in internet history.

Carroll tweeted about his support for the shoes, which have been described as best suited to emergency room nurses, on Monday:

Carroll is 64 years old and certainly in the demographic that the internet believes these shoes are best for, but he's a pretty hip guy and likely knows exactly what buttons he's pushing with this tongue-in-cheek tweet.
