Hemric recorded a seventh-place finish in Friday's SpeedyCash.com 250 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Analysis:

It was just the second Top-10 finish of the season for Hemric and his first on an oval, with the other coming at St. Petersburg. Last season, Hemric had 10 Top-5 finishes; this season, he has zero and sits just 16th in points. Up next for the Truck Series is a trip to Watkins Glen, where Hemric finished second last season.
