Ryan Blaney: Bristol Top-5 Finish
Blaney finished fourth in the Bass Pro Shops Night Race NASCAR Cup Series race at Bristol Motor Speedway on Saturday night.
Analysis:
The Penske Racing star would start on the outside pole and lead 30 laps in the early going of this 500-lap short track battle. Blaney would grab the win in stage 1 and race among the Top 5 for most of the evening at Bristol Motor Speedway. He would punch his ticket into the next round of the playoffs by racing for the win at the end of the night and holding off Joey Logano for a strong fourth-place. It was Blaney's series-leading 12th Top 5 of the season.
