William Byron: Watkins Glen Top-5 Finish

Byron finished fourth in the Go Bowling at the Glen NASCAR Cup Series race at Watkins Glen International on Sunday afternoon.

Analysis:

Byron rode the momentum of last week's big win at Iowa into New York this week. The Hendrick Motorsports star raced among the Top 10 at times early in the event, however, he would rally forward later on. Byron would battle to a runner-up finish to Ryan Blaney to conclude stage 2. He would hang onto that good track position down the stretch and fend off Chase Briscoe for a strong fourth-place. It was Byron's ninth Top 5 of the season.
