Carson Hocevar: Wins Heart of Healthcare 200

Hocevar won the Heart of Healthcare 200 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway on Friday night.

Analysis:

Hocevar would lead a race-high 75 laps and duel with Corey Heim most of the night at Kansas Speedway. The driver of the No. 7 Chevrolet would take the stage 2 win and would be set up with great track position for the stretch run. Hocevar would have to withstand a bump-and-run attempt to pass from Layne Riggs on the last lap but would be able to hang on for the win. It was his fifth-career truck series victory.
