Kyle Larson: Texas Top-5 Finish
Larson finished fourth in the Wurth 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon.
Analysis:
Larson was the most dominant driver of the day in Fort Worth. He would lead a race-high 90 laps and take the win in stage 2. Larson would be a factor for the win until he lost the lead on lap 243. From that point forward the multiple cautions and restarts wouldn't help what was clearly Larson's strength (the long run). During NASCAR overtime he would hold off Erik Jones to capture the strong fourth-place finish. It was his series-leading seventh Top 5 of the season.
