The Colorado Rockies parted ways with the face of their franchise late Monday night, reportedly shipping shortstop Troy Tulowitzki to Toronto in a blockbuster deal with the Blue Jays.

And they're not stopping there.

The Rockies are also planning to move outfielder Carlos Gonzalez ahead of Friday's non-waiver trade deadline, according to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.

In the midst of an impressive resurgence following a disappointing 2014 season, the 29-year-old recorded his second straight multi-homer game Monday, affording him 20 home runs with an .852 OPS (118 OPS+) through 90 games this year. Several teams, meanwhile, have sought offensively inclined outfielders leading up to the deadline, including the New York Mets, Los Angeles Angels, and Baltimore Orioles.

"They expect to move him," one GM with an interested team said.

Gonzalez, a two-time All-Star, is set to earn $37 million over the next two seasons before becoming a free agent following the 2017 campaign.
