The Boston Red Sox are never out of it.
Down 3-2 in the seventh inning against the Tampa Bay Rays at Tropicana Field on Saturday, second baseman Dustin Pedroia came up big for his club.
With the bases loaded against Rays reliever Danny Farquhar, Pedroia impressively worked an eight-pitch at-bat after falling behind 0-2, ending it when he hammered a home run to deep left field.
The grand slam was the fourth of Pedroia's career.
