Watch: Napoli gives hug, HR to fan set to undergo chemo

Mike Napoli made a dream come true for one special fan on Monday.

The Cleveland Indians slugger gave a hug and a homer to one fan set to undergo chemotherapy.

Napoli met with the fan, who used a sign to get his attention, prior to the contest for the hug.

He later delivered the second half of her wish in the sixth inning off Texas Rangers starter Derek Holland with a two-run blast to deep left field.
