Look: Slip and slide as snow carpets Stoke City, Everton match
The first half of Stoke City's visit Saturday from Everton had a wintry feel to it after snow blanketed the bet365 Stadium pitch before the storm system passed and clouds parted to reveal a blinding Staffordshire sun.
Snow would return moments before the interval as the players headed down the tunnel for a cuppa. Here are a few pictures from a mess of a match, one that Everton would go on to win 2-1 thanks to Cenk Tosun's double:
