Report: Belgium handed boost as Liverpool's Divock Origi avoids surgery
Liverpool's Belgian international striker Divock Origi's hopes of making the Red Devils' Euro 2016 squad were reportedly handed a boost after it was revealed that the player will not require surgery to repair ankle ligament damage.
Origi, 21, was the victim of a horror tackle courtesy of Everton defender Ramiro Funes Mori during last weekend's Merseyside Derby, and initial fears were that the player would miss both Liverpool's run-in and the summer's continental tournament.

Instead, it appears as if Origi may be fit to make Marc Wilmots' side, according to a report from Mark Critchley of the Independent.
Without surgery, the former Lille striker could be fit in three weeks, which still rules him out for the final four matches of Liverpool's campaign.
With 16 senior-team caps, Origi should feature for FIFA's world No. 2 side, and will compete for a starting spot alongside the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Liverpool teammate Christian Benteke, and Marseille' s Michy Batshuayi.
