The 29-year-old Inoue is widely regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world, while Fulton, 28, is ranked as the No. 1 super bantamweight fighter by ESPN.
Inoue vacated his undisputed bantamweight championships to move up to super bantamweight and challenge Fulton. Both boxers are undefeated.
