Molinari brothers stick together at British Open

HOYLAKE, England (AP) The Molinari brothers were partners in Europe's winning Ryder Cup side in 2010. They teamed up to win the World Cup for Italy at Mission Hills a year earlier.
Now they are together on the British Open leaderboard.
Around 30 minutes after Edoardo Molinari signed for a 4-under 68 in the opening round at Hoylake on Thursday, younger brother Francesco rolled in a 15-feet eagle putt at No. 18 to shoot the same score.
Francesco says ''we were here on Sunday practicing together so I think probably we did a good job.''
Just to maintain the Italian flavor at Royal Liverpool, Matteo Manassero shot 67 to briefly take the lead.
Francesco says ''it's good to see three Italians up there.''
