Ryan Getzlaf did it again.
The Anaheim Ducks captain cost his team a goal with a boneheaded turnover for the second time this season, firing a no-look pass right to Ottawa Senators forward Curtis Lazar, who coasted in on a breakaway and tied the game Wednesday night:

Mike Santorelli replaced Getzlaf alongside Corey Perry and Rickard Rakell on the next shift, and the captain was essentially benched until emerging on the fourth line in the third period.
Getzlaf's ill-fated drop-pass gifted Arizona Coyotes forward Mikkel Boedker an overtime winner back in November.
The Ducks center is having a forgettable season, entering Wednesday's contest with only three goals in 37 games.
