Flyers' Gagner assigned to AHL after clearing waivers, Streit activated off IR

Philadelphia Flyers forward Sam Gagner has been loaned to the AHL's Lehigh Valley Phantoms after clearing waivers, the team announced Wednesday.
Gagner hasn't played since suffering a concussion on Nov. 23. He has two goals and three assists in 18 games this season.
The Flyers also activated defenseman Mark Streit off injured reserve.
Streit has missed the last 19 games after getting surgery to repair a detached pubic plate. He has three goals and six assists in 16 games this season.
The 38-year-old is expected to be in the lineup against the San Jose Sharks on Wednesday.
