Avalanche's Landeskog out vs. Predators; could return Sunday

The Colorado Avalanche will play at least one more game without their captain.

Gabriel Landeskog will sit for the second straight game as he deals with a back injury, head coach Patrick Roy confirmed.

Though the left wing won't dress Saturday against the Nashville Predators, Roy provided some optimism suggesting there's a good chance Landeskog could return Sunday when the club takes on the St. Louis Blues.

Landeskog has seven goals and 21 points in 26 games this season.
