The New York Islanders will indeed have an alternate look in Brooklyn.
Photos of a black-and-white third jersey leaked online early in September. The new look was confirmed by the club early Wednesday, as modeled by superstar center John Tavares.

The Islanders will still regularly wear their traditional blue-and-orange jerseys, adopting the black-and-white third to match their new Barclays Center co-tenants, the NBA's Brooklyn Nets.
