Malkin's agent on trade rumors: 'I don't know where this is coming from'

Any rumors suggesting Evgeni Malkin wants out of Pittsburgh did not come from the horse's mouth.
After speculation emerged this weekend that the Pittsburgh Penguins superstar was unhappy with his club and would like to be traded, his agent JP Barry says the source behind the rumors is a mystery.
"I don't know where this is coming from," Barry told Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's Dave Molinari. "Not from me or Geno. I'm trying to ignore it."
Sportsnet's Elliotte Friedman reported Friday that he had heard from league sources that Malkin would welcome a trade, but also added that he doesn't think Pittsburgh will do so at least until the team is sold.
