The Calgary Flames were about to take a 3-1 lead on the Nashville Predators midway through Tuesday's game, but Derek Roy had other ideas.
Roy, standing at the edge of the crease, reacted just in time to clear Devin Setoguchi's shot off the goal line. NHL rules require the puck to be completely across the goal line, and replays show the puck almost entirely across the line before Roy gets his stick on it.
Nashville tied the score five minutes later and earned a point after losing in a shootout.
