Patrick Kane continued his incredible string of positive public relations this summer by teaming up with Gatorade to surprise the St. Jude Hockey Club at Southwest Ice Arena in the Chicago suburb of Crestwood, Ill., with a locker room makeover.
The big reveal was posted on NHL.com; unfortunately, Kane wasn't given the opportunity to say "move that bus!"
Prior to this staged random act of kindness, Kane created good vibes by playing in a Buffalo men's league game and covering up a St. Louis Blue logo on a young fan's shirt.
Oh, and he also signed an eight-year, $84-million contract extension with the Blackhawks, which was kind of a big deal for Chicago-area hockey fans, including these would-be Patrick Kanes.
