Report: Maple Leafs sign Mike Santorelli to 1-year contract
The Toronto Maple Leafs reportedly dipped back into the free agent pool to add some depth to their forward corps.
Leafs have agreed to a 1 year deal with Mike Santorelli, $1.5 mil.

Santorelli can play wing or centre, so this ends the negotiation with veteran centre David Legwand. Leafs still have $4-5 mil cap space.

Santorelli notched 10 goals and 28 points in 49 games with the Vancouver Canucks in 2013-14.
In 257 games split between the Canucks, Nashville Predators, Florida Panthers and Winnipeg Jets, the 25-year-old Vancouver native has 43 goals and 87 points.
