Overview

Brayden Point was part of Team Canada's gold medal team at the 2013 Ivan Hlinka Memorial Tournament scoring four points in five games. As a smaller forward, Point models his game after Buffalo Sabres forward Tyler Ennis.

He scored 91 points as the Warriors leading scorer, 36 points more than his next closest teammate. After a wonderful season, Point is the ultimate teammate. "Personally I had a really good season, but obviously I would have liked a few more wins and more team success." An emphasis on the team, no selfishness, excellent. Don Cherry will love that.

Point has shown a steady improvement with time as his second full season with the Warriors was a huge success.

In the midst of a stellar season, Point was snubbed by the CHL Top Prospects Game and later named to the team as an injury replacement.

As a player who has to use his smaller size to his advantage by using his speed, he would fit right in with the Montreal Canadiens (sorry), or the Calgary Flames.
