Sharks' Vlasic questionable for Game 6 after sustaining upper-body injury

Key San Jose Sharks defender and Canadian Olympic gold-medalist Marc-Edouard Vlasic left Game 5 with an upper-body injury and didn't return. Vlasic was injured on a hit by Jarret Stoll, which was followed up by a little something extra and drew a minor penalty for roughing.

Sharks coach Todd McLellan told reporters after Game 5 he wasn't sure whether Vlasic would be ready to play in Game 6 on Monday. Vlasic led all Sharks in even-strength ice time per game during the regular season and possesses an uncanny ability to get the puck going the other way against top competition without ever taking penalties.

If Vlasic, who should be considered questionable for Game 6, isn't in the lineup on Monday, it'll be a huge loss for San Jose. Put simply: the Sharks have no one who is able to replace what he brings to the top pair.
