Report: Bruins F Shawn Thornton suspended 15 games
The NHL has suspended Bruins forward Shawn Thornton 15 games for his attack on Penguins defenseman Brooks Orpik last Saturday, according to TSN's Darren Dreger.

Thornton has already missed three games awaiting the league's decision.
15 games for Thornton would take him out through the game against the Kings on Jan. 9.
